We want you to love and get motivated with your purchase. But if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchased merchandise from labellamafiaswiss.ch within 21 days from the date received for a full refund.
*Does not include items purchased during the Black Friday Sale or marked Close Out/Final Sale merchandise, these items are not exchangeable and not refundable.

All merchandise returned to our online returns address must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment,

We do not accept returns or exchanges for swimwear products.

Shipping costs and carrier you use to return merchandise (UPS, FedEx, USPS,etc.) are up to you, but we strongly suggest choosing a method that provides tracking as labellamafiaswiss.ch is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for all returns, including items received as gifts.

Once we receive your package please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. The refund process takes 3-7 business days to complete, and the refund will be credited to your credit card once the process is completed.
